In its very first year alone, YakFest was voted by StepOutside.org as the number one outdoor festival in the state of West Virginia. Despite being located in a small city, YakFest continues to make a big economic impact. While Charleston’s Sternwheel Regatta was a massive success, YakFest, one of St. Albans’ most popular events, encourages people to get outside and enjoy West Virginia.

While the exciting news of The Capital Sports Center is a big win for Kanawha County, the Shawnee Sports Complex in Dunbar has had a significant impact on the region since it opened in 2018. It does feel like there’s some bitterness pervading over this season. Why Carolyn and Jack are still at Ash Park is aggravating and their marital disputes sometimes feel like the show stirring up conflict. Anna’s pain after the collapse of her marriage is honest to how she would be affected, but can be hard to watch.
James shares his feelings with Henry - but will Harry's return spell trouble in paradise? Regina initiates a dangerous new strategy to get rid of Sarah. As Rene is prepared for surgery, Ash Park prepares for the Christening of baby George.

Jack is furious at Carolyn for having kept secret the fact they have a daughter and is determined to find out her identity. It is a difficult adjustment for all - particularly for Anna and Gino, who are banned from any physical affection. In the city, Olivia is increasingly disturbed by the side effects James' treatment is having and is banned from seeing James, claiming her reaction undoes the progress he's making.

As Zion enters TK at Sioux Center Christian School, he is one of the youngest in the class. He already adores his classmates and looks forward to showing them his new football shirt or craft. His teacher has been incredibly involved, caring, and intentional. She has partnered with us in the desire to help him become more comfortable, which has taken time.
Inverness was also used as the country setting of Always Greener. Camden and the Southern Highlands in New South Wales serves as the backdrop for Inverness. Ash Park is actually Camelot, a heritage-listed property located at Kirkham, on the outskirts of Camden. Sydney, the capital city of New South Wales, is a third location where major events occur, but most city scenes are filmed indoors, aside from some establishing shots such as historic footage of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Later in the series, she leaves for Sydney to live with her daughter Carolyn, and becomes a less-domineering, more-relaxed person. The final scene is of Sarah's death at the age of 104, surrounded by David, Olivia, and Leah. On her nightstand is a copy of a book entitled A Place to Call Home, written by a Samantha Swanson, Andrew and Olivia's granddaughter. Foxtel's Head of Drama, Penny Win stated, "At Foxtel we have loved bringing this series to audiences and we know that it will be a beautiful closing chapter created by Bevan Lee, and the amazing cast and crew." With a goal of bringing the university to the people, West Virginia State University enthusiastically lives out its mission of prioritizing teaching, research and service.
Over the series, he and Carolyn connect with their daughter Anna and reconnect with each other. When the series started, Sarah had returned to Australia from Europe. A Holocaust survivor whose husband was killed by the Nazis, the show was her story of finding a home again amidst no small amount of suspicion and anti-Semitism. The first Hanukkah is celebrated at Ash Park with Frank Gibbs returning as a special family guest. Sarah supports healing in those around her as she anticipates the next chapter.
A Place to Call Home is an Australian television drama series created by Bevan Lee. Set against the backdrop of the post-war social change, it follows Sarah Nordmann , who has returned to Australia after twenty years abroad to start a new life and ends up clashing with wealthy matriarch Elizabeth Bligh . A sixth season is set to air later this year (and I’m still gunning for a Doris Collins spinoff). Ash Park would be a rough place to call home, but its characters make going back irresistable.
With James still in Sydney, Olivia locks herself in her room unable to face the thought of going to church without him. Anna discovers the extent of their financial problems as Gino's dreams die with the vines and the distance between them grows further. Regina is determined to keep George and Sarah apart forever. Sarah fights to save her unborn baby as George discovers of her pregnancy. Olivia continues to fall for Lloyds charm but she is determined to end the affair as her guilt intensifies.
Yom Kippur is approaching and Sarah performs a mikveh in the local creek - a spiritual, cleansing ritual that's unfortunately witnessed by Doris Collins. But while Sarah finds it hard to deal with Doris' reaction to her nudity, it is Sarah's own, personal demons that she is struggling with most. The wealthy Swanson family visit inverness as Andrew, their handsome and extremely eligible son, hopes to impress Anna. Warned by George about Doris' gossiping ways, Sarah proves a dab hand at deflecting her many leading questions - much to both Doris' frustration. At Ash Park, while Olivia remains feeling unwell and disconcerted by James' continued distance, it's Elizabeth who's the most put out - irritated by the fact Sarah continues to be the talk of the dinner table. But, alerted by James to the fact that her continued disparaging of Sarah is starting to raise eyebrows Elizabeth decides to allay suspicion by inviting Sarah to a fundraising concert at the local hospital.
The timeline of season 5 skips ahead from 1954 to the year 1958. Production of A Place to Call Home resumed in February 2017 with principal photography continuing through July 2017. Season 5 premiered on Foxtel's Showcase Channel in Australia starting on 8 October 2017. TV Week confirmed that a third season had been commissioned.
